James A. McGuire

JAMJames A. McGuire is a trial lawyer whose practice areas include personal injury, business litigation, and estate litigation.

Jim was born and raised in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Saint John’s High School, he attended college on a basketball scholarship. Jim received his law degree from The Washington College of Law of the American University.

Jim has tried cases in several of the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland, as well as the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the United States District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Jim has an AV peer rating and is included through peer evaluation in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He was named as a Leading Lawyer by “What’s Up Annapolis” magazine in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense.

Jim has been elected as a fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation and has served as a faculty member for the professionalism course required for admission to practice in Maryland.

The Anne Arundel Bar Association bestowed the Edwin Lechowicz Memorial Award for Professionalism and Civility upon Jim.

After spending time with family, Jim’s hobbies include fishing, guitar, and attending antique auctions.

JJMJames J. “Mickey” McGuire is a lawyer whose trial practice areas include personal injury, business litigation, and estate litigation. In addition to trial practice, Mickey engages in estate probate and administration and business transactions including formation of businesses and sale and transfer of businesses and business assets.

Mickey is a lifelong resident of Maryland and has resided in Anne Arundel County since shortly after his birth. Mickey graduated from St. Mary’s High School. He attended Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, matriculating his junior year in Bologna, Italy. Mickey received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1994.

Mickey’s trial practice has included litigation before the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland.

PMLPage McGuire Linden concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning, including trust and estate administration.

Page was born and raised in Edgewater, Maryland. Page graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Annapolis, Maryland. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Bucknell University with a major in International Relations and a minor in French. Page attended Georgetown University Law Center where she graduated Cum Laude in 1995. Page received The International Academy of Trial Lawyers’ Advocacy Award for her work in the Juvenile Justice – Family Poverty Clinic with Georgetown University Law Center.

Page views working with clients to accomplish their estate planning goals as a privilege. She enjoys working closely with each client to make sure that they are fully informed and comfortable with the direction of their case. Page has strong relationships with estate planning professionals, including accountants and financial planners. Page believes that her clients’ interests are best served when all professionals involved with the client work together to develop a unified plan.

Page lives in Edgewater, Maryland with her husband and three sons. Outside of the office, Page enjoys spending time with her family. Most of this time is filled with supporting her children in various activities and sporting endeavors. In her free time, Page is a runner with several half-marathons to her credit. The illusive marathon, though, has not yet been accomplished.
